Return Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received

In original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Used personal care and skincare products are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).
Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. A 5% restocking fee still applies unless prohibited by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 5% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
