Absolutely. Our products are designed for everyday skincare and long-term skin health.
Is Pure Tallow suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. We keep our formulas simple and gentle, using only a few carefully chosen ingredients that work well for sensitive skin.
Is Pure Tallow safe for children and infants?
Yes. Our products are made with carefully chosen ingredients and are safe for children and infants. As with any skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first to ensure there is no sensitivity.
How should I store my product and how long will it last?
Keep your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. With proper storage, it can last 12 months or more. As a natural product, slight texture changes may occur with temperature changes.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Pure Tallow product is made in small batches with care to ensure quality and consistency.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. Pure Tallow is cruelty-free.
Will tallow clog my pores?
No. Tallow is non-comedogenic and absorbs well into the skin when used in small amounts.
What does it smell like?
Scented naturally with coconut oil, lavender, and lemongrass, our products are subtle and gentle—never artificial or overwhelming.
Do you use synthetic ingredients or fillers?
No. We only use simple, skin-worthy ingredients—nothing unnecessary.
Shipping
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes—we’re happy to offer free local delivery within 10 km of the store. You’ll see the option at checkout if your address qualifies.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Who can I contact with questions?
You can reach us at shop@puretallowco.ca with any return or refund questions.
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, contact us at shop@puretallowco.ca within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our end (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable:
- Used skincare or personal care products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 5% restocking fee.
